Cape Fold Adventure Co is a Cape Town mountain guiding and outdoor education company led by founder Craig Scholtz. The official site offers private Table Mountain and Lion's Head ascents planned around timing, conditions and the group walking with you, and multi-day journeys through the Cederberg. Training programmes include wilderness first responder, first aid for the outdoors, adventure-rider first response and field preparedness; course dates on the site are listed as to be announced.
