Official facts
The reserve’s own site publishes it as 265 hectares, the second-largest private park in Gauteng, with portions of the Modderfontein Spruit, dams, grassland and hills. It is managed by the Greater Modderfontein Property Umbrella Association. Walking trails and bird hides are provided throughout. The official pages do not name kilometre loops, so we do not invent an eight-trail table or a Grebe Dam distance.
