SANParks lists the Waterfall Trail as 6km and about three hours in the Tsitsikamma section of Garden Route National Park. It follows the first kilometres of the Otter Trail west from Storms River Mouth Rest Camp along rocky shoreline to a waterfall, then returns the same way. Sections scramble over coastal boulders and can be unsafe or impassable at high tide. This is a day walk — it is not a substitute for the booked five-day Otter Trail. Day visitors pay the SANParks conservation fee at the Storms River Mouth gate; check the live Garden Route rates page rather than a copied figure. Dogs are not permitted.
