SANParks lists the Mouth Trail as a 2km, one-hour walk in the Tsitsikamma section of Garden Route National Park. It starts at Storms River Mouth Rest Camp and follows boardwalk and stairs through coastal forest to the suspension bridges across the river mouth — the short day walk most visitors mean when they search for Storms River Mouth. The last stretch is a long stair descent to the bridges, so the return climb is the hardest part. Day visitors pay the park's conservation fee at the Storms River Mouth gate; SANParks publishes current South African, SADC and international rates on its Garden Route rates page, and those figures change. Dogs are not permitted. There is no separate trail booking for this walk.
