SANParks lists two short circular day walks that both start at Geelbek Information Centre in West Coast National Park. The 9km loop goes to the dunes and back. The 7km loop is well sign-posted and includes part of Sixteen Mile Beach. These are not the booked Postberg or Steenbok flower-season hikes. Pets are not permitted. Daily conservation fees apply — check the SANParks West Coast rates page rather than a copied figure. Geelbek is also the desk SANParks names for Postberg bookings (022 707 9902/3).
